Shipping and Policy


  • Same day shipping is available for some of our gift baskets and gift sets ordered by 1:00pm EST (10:00am PST). Provided they are NOT personalized.
  • Diaper cakes ship next day.
  • All other orders ship next day, when ordered by the close of the business day.
  • Embroidered gifts take 2-3 days to process.
SHIPPING: TippyToesNYC currently ship within the Continental United States, utilizing Fed Ex or the United States Postal Services, unless otherwise requested or specified. 

Shipping time varies, depending upon the Fed Ex shipping schedule. Please provide complete address, including street, apartment or suite number, city, state and zip code. Whenever possible, please include a telephone number for the recipient. Complete addresses and telephone will help to avoid a re-delivery charge.
Re-delivery charge will be calculated based on the gift and delivery area.
Re-Routing a package to another address will be $13.00 as charged by FedEx.

We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes with Fed Ex. All P.O. Addresses will be shipped via USPS.

GUARANTEES, RETURNS & REFUNDS: The satisfaction of our customers is of the utmost importance to us at TippyToesNYC. If you are not satisfied with a purchase, we will happily replace or exchange items, upon receipt of the returned original product, within 7 days. Please contact us via telephone within 48 hours of receipt for an authorized return. Only authorized returns will be accepted. Email us at ask@tippytoesnyc.com for return information and authorization.
An order can be changed or cancelled provided that it has not already been shipped, custom made or personalized. Embroidered orders may be cancelled but a 20% restocking fee will be applied. To change or cancel an order, you must contact us through email ask@tippytoesnyc.com to determine the status of that order.
  • Refunds due to our error will be issued a call tag at our expense.
  • Refunds are for the product price minus shipping charges incurred.
  • Refunds will be applied after we receive the gift in the original condition.
  • Personalized items cannot be refunded.
SUBSTITUTIONS: Photos may show items that are seasonal or no longer available. We reserve the right to replace items with another of equal or greater value based on availability. Ribbon colors may vary. Prints and patterns may vary.

METHODS OF PAYMENT: We accept Visa, Mastercard, DISCOVER and AMEX (American Express). We also Accept Paypal.
ORDERING INFORMATION: Orders can be placed from the website at any time. Please note that ordering early is the best way to ensure product availability.
CLAIMS: For in-transit damages, claims must be filed according to the individual carrier's rules. Should your gift be damaged while being shipped, please be sure to retain all packaging in order to process your claim.
It is our policy to submit all claims for lost or stolen packages. Refunds are based on the carrier's decision after they provide proof of delivery. If your client has a signature release on file, please remember that FedEx / UPS / USPS will leave the package on their property without a signature.
In the rare instance that a gift arrives damaged ( we pack very, very carefully) we will do everything possible to correct the situation. All damages must be reported us within 5 days of receipt. If it is a simple replacement of a component, we will reship the component at no cost. If the entire gift is damaged and unusable, we require that you email us a digital photo of the damaged item and the carton that it came in. We need that to help you make a claim with the carrier.
TippyToesNYC images are not for personal use. These images are for products that we make and ship. Using our images to produce your own baskets is prohibited and will result in immediate termination from our program. We do periodic checks to make sure our copyright is not being violated.


PRIVACY STATEMENT: We feel very strongly about respecting our customer's privacy. We will not sell, trade or openly provide information to any other parties. Information furnished by you, our valued customer, is used solely for our own purposes, including processing orders and alerting you of any updated information regarding TippyToesNYC.
